1 § Licens för kommersiellt onlinespel får ges för att tillhandahålla kasinospel, onlinebingo och datorsimulerat automatspel. Licensen får även omfatta annat lotteri online om lotteriet tillhandahålls som ett tilläggsspel till ett spel enligt första stycket.
